I have a question I hope a HVAC expert can answer. I have a single stage Rheem heat pump with a heat strip in the air handler. I have the Nest E first generation learning thermostat. For a long time, it was programed wrong using dual fuel but I now have that corrected. My question falls under the "heat pump balance" feature.
